Diet and exercise have the ability to change our bodies profoundly; for better or for worse.

It doesn't take very much exercise to lose weight and make significant increases in fitness. If you're competing at a high level then larger amounts of training are needed, but don't be fooled by all the hype; losing weight and getting fit don't require a workout from hell routine.

I've helped countless people lose weight and gain fitness by starting easy and gradually building up, avoiding soreness not feeling like your workout was punishment. For athletes I've been able to remove excess "junk training" and replace it with evidence based training through proper testing and assessments.

What ever level you're at, we start with a complete assessment of diet, posture, strength, and how you move.

From there a personal program is developed and backed up with ongoing support. It's the support that makes the difference, helping you through those tough to manage stumbles back to old habits.
