Rhino members now have a new way to keep their training organized. The Member Workouts area brings the current training block, daily programming, workout logging, and saved training history together in one place.

The member area is available to paid Rhino Fitness members only. To get access, you must sign in using the same email address associated with your Rhino membership.

Your training, in one place

Open Member Workouts to see the current training block and choose the workout for the day. The programming is designed to be easy to follow from your phone while you train.

Depending on the exercise or workout, you can record details such as weight, reps, time, distance, rounds, RPE, and notes.

Save your workouts and build your history

When you record a result, Rhino saves your workout history so you can come back to it later instead of starting from scratch each session.

The new account sync also means saved results can follow you across devices when you are signed in. This gives members a simple way to keep a running record of their training whether they use their phone at the gym or check their history somewhere else.

How to sign in for the first time

You do not need to create or remember a separate Rhino password.

  1. Go to Member Workouts.
  2. Enter the same email address used for your paid Rhino Fitness membership.
  3. Check that email inbox for a one-time sign-in code.
  4. Enter the code when prompted.
  5. Once signed in, choose your workout and start training.

Rhino uses a secure email sign-in process to protect the member area. If the email address you enter is not associated with a paid membership, you will not be able to access the workouts.

If you are a paid member and cannot get in with your membership email, contact Rhino Fitness so we can check your access.

What the save messages mean

The tracker is designed to save your work as you train.

Saved on this device means your workout has been saved locally on the device you are using.

Saved ✓ · Synced means the result has also synced with your member account, allowing it to be available when you sign in on another supported device.

If you already recorded workout history on your device before account syncing was available, the member area also provides a way to import that existing history into your account.

Help us decide what comes next

This is the first version of Rhino’s member training experience, not the last.

We’ll be listening to how members use it, what works well, and what would make it more useful. Additional training tools and improvements may be added over time based on member feedback.

Try the Rhino Member Workouts area during your next session and let Coach Patient know what you would like to see next.
