This weekend, Rhino Fitness goes to the world stage.
On Sunday, September 20, Coach Patient will compete in Phoenix, Arizona, at the 2026 Static Monsters World Championships. Athletes from around the world have earned their way to this event, making it a chance to compete against an international field on one of strongman’s biggest stages.
For the Rhino community, this one is personal.
Years of strongman experience lead to Phoenix
Coach Patient is no stranger to strongman competition. His experience includes championships in Thailand and competition around the world. Now that journey brings him to Phoenix, representing Congo and Canada at the Static Monsters World Championships.
The competition is built around two classic tests of strength: the log lift and axle deadlift. At the World Championships, those lifts bring together qualified athletes from across the Static Monsters global competition network.
Coach Patient earned his place here. Now he gets the opportunity to test himself against competitors from around the world while carrying Rhino with him onto the platform.
